White Bean Hummus

Trade out those chickpeas for white beans! This spin on traditional hummus is perfect as a dip or spread on sandwiches or wraps.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1(15 oz.) can northern white beans drained
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to jar in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Blend on “Sauce” cycle or on a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 25 seconds.
